Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the product package has been opened.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos of the product and package.
Refunds
If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened food products, used or partially consumed products, and products returned without valid reason are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
